February: There have been rumours that Helen would star in George Lucas’ upcoming Star Wars prequel, provisionally titled Episode II. The rumours are that Helen would star in a minor role as the character Mon Mothma. There has been no official confirmation or denial of this rumour. According to reports Mr. Lucas has been preoccupied with finding the right actor for the role of Anakin, leaving the casting of minor characters on the back burner. Now that Anakin has been found (Canadian actor Hayden Christensen), who knows, maybe Helen is still in the picture! January/ December: During
the winter 99/00 Helen was involved in the filming of Swiss director Curt
Truninger’s international co-production Dead By Monday, where she stars
as a suicidal widow.
